Ingredients:
1 package gluten free spaghetti (Cinderella loves Barilla gluten free spaghetti)
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs olive oil + 1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbs dried parsley
Directions:
1. Boil a large pot of water with sea salt and 2 Tbs olive oil. When water boils cook spaghetti for about 10 minutes -stir A LOT-this pasta sticks if you don't
2. Put 1/2 cup olive oil, garlic and shrimp in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Put wine and black pepper on top of shrimp and stir well.
4. Bring sauce to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.
5. Stir pasta into sauce when ready and turn off heat.
6. Top with parsley and stir well.
